Description

Corrupt Freeport guard that provides quests. Located at tollbooth with Guard Colin. Drops no coin upon death. This guard is on a 6 minute timer.
Guards Colin & Valon are level 10-12 prior to October 1999 patch. [1] Prior to his level upgrade, Guard Valon was referred to as "Militia Valon." Note that following his hail dialog and giving him 2sp does not seem to have any effect.
