She is accompanied by Flayer Hopkins and though he will not assist her if he cons green to you, he will prevent her from fleeing when she falls under 20%. If your strategy requires her to flee, then you will need to kill Flayer Hopkins. He is on the zones respawn timer of 18 minutes.
