Description

These drakes are on Claws of Veeshan faction, but killing them does not lower it. They have a nasty 500 AE DD + dispel proc with a very short range, about 2-2.5x melee distance. (The effect is listed as a proc, but they can cast it without ever making contact. This would seem to make it a spell, however, drakes also have no mana.)

Will assist Wyverns even if you have good CoV faction.

They place-hold for the named Azureake.
