Non-classic references

Hey, thanks for your help with the brewing and related pages.

The scrapers do attempt to exclude non-classic things, you can see a string of messages at the top in light grey usually telling you what they've excluded. Post-velious quests, zones, merchants, classes, races, etc are all pretty well kept out. It is just an attempt though, I would say 90% accurate. So it's possible that some of the "Related Quests" it adds don't/won't ever exist on p99. However, red links to quests doesn't mean that they should be removed, just that that quest hasn't been added to the wiki yet (I'd say only ~half of quests that exist are currently on the wiki, I'll work a bit more on this in the next few weeks).

In the end, if you have the time to spend looking at the corresponding allakhazam page for whatever you're adding and deciding if the related quests are classic or not that is great. If not, I might say err on the side of caution and leave in extra links to things. Our "shell of links" pointing to a web of interconnected pages always gets better and better, and at some point it will be good enough that we can look at the list of links that go no where (Special:WantedPages) and then decide to remove them. The opposite, adding back in links that have been removed, is much harder. --Ravhin 01:10, 28 September 2011 (UTC)

Foraged Items

I've modified the item scraper to automatically add Category: Foraged if it sees "This item is found by foraging." on its allakhazam page. Thanks for making that category. --Ravhin 13:46, 28 September 2011 (UTC)

I also added the list of "foraged in zones" under the parameter "foraged" for item pages, and made the scraper try to automatically get those. I modified your existing forages item pages to follow the new format, if you want to check the format. --Ravhin 14:09, 28 September 2011 (UTC)
