Translocate: Wakening Lands
From Project 1999 Wiki
Opens an arcane portal that teleports your target to the Wakening Lands. The recipient of this spell must be a certain level, if they are too low level they will be evacuated to their current zone's safe spot. The required level is not known, but level 1 is insufficient. Unlike the equivalent Circle and Portal spells, Velious translocate spells do not require teeth like Tooth of the Wakening Lands.
