Timorous Deep Outpost Pub
Most would say the southern portion of Timorous Deep is nothing more than a dangerous wastelands comprised of abandonments, hermits, and wandering water dragons. They'd be wrong though, as there's also a pub that serves beer! Taking the boat from Firiona Vie to Butcherblock Mountains, just after entering Timorous Deep hop onto the shuttles for a short ride into the elven outpost. While it's size and amenities might not quite hold a candle to that of Firiona Vie, at least it does have what's most important: a tavern.
Infact, other than some ranger posts on the dock and a few huts with beds, the tavern is the one and only building within the compound. Micus Benoren is behind the counter selling a standard offering of Norrath staples which, way out here, is quite the welcome selection. The bar is located right on the sand, just steps away from the beach and well within earshot of the jungle sounds beyond the stone gate. There are a few chairs inside with window views of the island foliage if being out in the sun is too risky.
There are a number of beds available here to snooze off all that Mead with both beach-front and dock-side options. Seloris Windweaver is up on the docks and offers inn supplies as well as additional Mead.
For the explorer type, the outpost shares this island with some archaeological ruins to the west which are quite reminiscent of Iksar construction style. A short swim to the south and a secluded inn can be found which offers a similar selection of brews as well as some genuine peace and quite. That is, unless Faydedar returns home to it's nest.
