On the ground in The Overthere at location. Respawn time: 24 hours (-190, -380) Map Icon.png. You can get there by levitating with Air Elemental illusion up on the ramp on the north side then floating over to the correct pillar. It's the slightly lower column/pillar and the key is a small bag on the ground.
