Guard Weleth says 'Argh. Not again. This whole crate needs to be returned!'

You say, 'What crate?'

Guard Weleth says 'Oh, we just received a shipment of arrows from [Nesiff] in South Qeynos. The arrows in this box are missing their fletchings and I can't leave my patrol to take them back.'

You say, 'Who is Nesiff?'

Guard Weleth says 'Nesiff Tallaherd owns the wooden weapons shop in Merchant's Square in South Qeynos.'

You say, 'I will take the crate of arrows.'

Guard Weleth says 'Oh, thank you! Here is the crate. Make sure [Nesiff] sends me back a new invoice. [Lieutenant Dagarok] would have my head if he found out this happened again!'

You receive a Crate of Defective Arrows.

Nesiff Tallaherd may be found in South Qeynos in his shop, "Nesiff's Wooden Weapons," at +440, -245.

Nesiff Tallaherd says 'Greetings, ______! Nesiff Tallaherd, owner and operator of Nesiff's Wooden Weapons, at your service. I am the finest woodworker in all of Qeynos. Even the Qeynos Guard uses my arrows, thanks to [Guard Weleth].'

You say, 'Who is Guard Weleth?'

Nesiff Tallaherd says 'Guard Weleth is like a son to me. He is responsible for purchasing supplies for the Qeynos Guard. He buys arrows from me. He is usually stationed near the North Gate.'

Give the crate to Nesiff.

Nesiff Tallaherd says 'Oh dear. I hope my mistake will not bring too much grief down on poor Weleth. He was told not to order arrows from me after the last time I fouled up their shipment. But Weleth knew I needed the account to stay in business. Could you please rush this new invoice to him right away? Thank you.'
