I just got one of these off of a sarnak nearer to the zoneline. I don't remember which one exactly, but it wasn't named. Alakazam lists: a Di`Zok Legionnaire, a Di`zok Librarian, a Di`Zok Partisan, a Sarnak pitboss, Overseer Dal`guur, and some comments allude to that it drops on trash mobs. - Rakpartha
