Confirmed the spawn point at 719, -912, 12/15/2023. After about 20 PHs Thistle spawned back to back. Bracken spawned there too.
The spawn information is incorrect or incomplete, probably the latter. I followed the steps, killing the wandering faerie maiden (twice), and nothing spawned at the given location. Allakhazam's old boards are full of speculation and reports of him spawning in many different places, so it's likely that his spawn is more complicated than the instructions here.
5/25/2017 - Came to 2nd this comment, that location 760, -1265 from the wiki is NOT just a maiden spawn, I saw pranksters and wasps spawn there as well, actually never saw a maiden out of 5 spawns. The only time I saw thistle was after I cleared basically the entire zone of wasps/maidens/pranksters/fae's and then sat at that loc watching the pixies and wasps spawn. After about the 5th spawn thistle popped up on track running behind me, so yea... if that is a spawn point of his... it's not the only one. Also it seems the best, and perhaps only way to really try and force a spawn is to kill basically everything in the zone over and over.

Wanting to add some info about him. After he spawns, he roams the entire zone. He runs very fast, only slightly slower than Spirit of Wolf. You need to melee, range or get ahead of him to land a spell. He thorns himself, roots, DoTs, nukes AND debuffs you. He's definitely druid class.
