I calculated the faction by /considering Morpa after every turn in from high apprehensive through amiable. Indifferent lasted for 26 turn-ins and I subtracted 1 for overlap. According to the faction guide, Indifferent spans 100 faction points. So it must have been 4 points per turn in.

After completing this my Oggok Guards was still Apprehensive. This could mean either that they have different starting points, or that the quest gives gives them a different hit. It's hard to be sure because vendors (which Morpa is) can't /con below dubious.

Update: confirmed Clurg the same way. I got to Indiff doing Pickled Frogloks. It was then 33 bread shipments to amiable, so it was 3 faction points per turn-in. That was interesting to me because it proves the factions rise at different rates.
