Currently attempting this quest on the standard P99 Server (Blue). I have the book and the first page from the erudite at The Crow's Inn in North Qeynos. Still trying to get the second page from High Hold Pass. I've found the area but have yet to see Dyllin Starshine. If he is on a 6-8 hour spawn timer I may have just had bad timing. A note of caution, alongside the smugglers (who I believe are Circle of Unseen Hands faction) are a dwarf and human NPC on Karana Bandits faction. If you've spent any time killing bandits in the Karanas you will be KOS, as I am. If anyone can confirm that Dyllin Starshine still spawns Id appreciate it, if I get him I will update this post.
Killed him at roughly 230pm, smugglers killed me before I could loot. Spawned again at 930pm. One of the smugglers cons red at 24 and backstabs for 360. Best bet is to snare him and dump every bit of damage you can into him. Near the pottery wheel and oven there is an awning, Dyllin spawns beneath it. QUEST IS ACTIVE AND WORKS.
