Malrubius brought up a possible issue because he wasn't able to find the merchant Rushka Deklamoor in the overthere.

I think some of the confusion might be that the merchants name appears in everquest resources back in the year 2000 if you use that wayback machine thing at

so might need more research to see if Rushka Deklamoor is actually suppose to be in the game if he doesn't currently spawn.

Rushka Era

There are spells like Expedience and Cassindra's Chant of Clarity and Divine Glory which are all Velious and list only Rushka as selling them.

Perhaps he was added with Velious then to sell Velious spells?

Can anyone confirm if he is actually Luclin (or later)? If so, where do you get these velious spells? --Ravhin 17:08, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
