Selo's Drums of the March at lvl 60 makes a bard playing this song the fastest. We will have to wait and see if the Drums of the Beast from Velious will make bards even faster or if it will exhibit the same bug from classic where it actually slowed bards down because it went above the speed cap.
Also, even though this song is 3 tick duration, on project 1999 you cannot play it right before zoning in somewhere and have a boost of speed for a few seconds in the new zone like in classic.
