2H Revamp Stats

Unlike a lot of the other 2H items from Velious, I do not believe the PHF had initial stats. The first Alla's comments on it are from November 2001, and only two guilds had killed Tunare by this point (FoH in July 2001 and Afterlife in October 2001), both after the big Velious 2H revamp. Also, the initial comments talk about the 50DMG/39DLY stats:[1]

    "Edit: Btw, I wouldn't doubt the existance of this, it's prolly rare and the ratio is .78 GODLY hehe" 

Also, this post shows the PHF against the 'pre-nerf' Palladius' Axe of Slaughter:[2]

    Which do you think is better? And Ponder this?

    Ponder this? How many times have you seen a high lvl Pally or SK WAITING for a group? I have a feeling Verant is doing something about this.
