Seems to have quite high magic resistance. I had the idea to use him to kill Cabilis guards at level 41. Charm broke 3 times in about 2 minutes, even with tash. He also resisted mesmerize and charm several times in that span. I landed my last charm on him in the nick of time as he was close to killing me. So I decided to just gate instead of messing with him any further.
