Is on a faction, but not keyed the same as the other members of the outpost (with the faction song only affecting factions for the last target it was used on, I can raise either his or the rest of the outpost at any given time). What that faction would be, I don't know. Tabesh (talk) 13:20, 20 February 2014 (UTC)
(Smac) I turned my Armor/Plat into him while hiding, he did not engage me but said "Good job etc etc", after he did not engage I asked him "What mission" he then attacked me and dropped the letter. (Smac)
