Dark Cloak of the Sky Haste Effect
The Haste Effect was changed from 50% to 35% on P1999 on the Patch Tuesday, June 24th, 2014. https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=155457 "Haste (o) updated atk speed max 150 => 135"
Muzzle of Mardu
I tested different Items on my druid to see if a charmed animal would wear anything in any slot. Charmed animals never put anything on, except they seem to wear light sources in their mouths, but don't gain any effects from any items. I never saw a charmed animal HP go up when giving them a HP item for any slot and after breaking charm and killing them, their HP was the same. It required the same amount of nuke damage to kill. However, on my enchanter charmed non-animals will wear a lot items and their HP changes. -Jbdavid (talk) 07:18, 28 May 2023 (UTC)
