Still not completely sure, but anecdotally, if I proc feverblade on lower level mobs, they seem to regenerate faster. i.e. A Ry`Gorr miners in crystal caverns will regen for 2% per tick after proc, which corresponds to 22/1131=~0.02. before proccing, they often show no regen, or occasionally 1% on some ticks. I'll update with a confirmation when I find a friend to help me test this. --Cerate (talk) 04:40, 12 March 2019 (UTC)
Preliminary hate testing shows this causes between 513 and 588 hate when the entire effect duration is allowed to time out. The ticks are probably not causing hate. --Cerate (talk) 23:00, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
