Talk:Drifting Death

Either this is not -100 magic resist, or there is some other mechanic at play here. I am able to land Winged Death with no resists on level 60 mobs, but on the same mob, Drifting Death will resist. Not just one resist, but 5+ resists, until I give up or go OOM. Sometimes repeated casts will make it land; usually not.

I've never had it resist on lower level mobs though, which is why it's so strange. The Drones line just never resists. There must be some other mechanic that changes its resist rate with high level mobs.
