From Renk, Sept 14, 2011: I removed the -10 resist adjust that was initially listed, as the spell data from lucy doesn't show this being implemented until late 2002. Please let me know if I'm wrong about this.

From Renk, Sept 12, 2012: I put the -10 resist adjust back in after looking at some other spell data. It seems lucy didn't list a resist adjust initially for lures either, and has entries where the they go from 0 to -300 around the same date as the one I saw for conflag. I'm pretty sure lures did function with a resist adjust from the start, so perhaps lucy wasn't quite on top of things yet since it was still new back then. Need more info to know with 100% certainty, but for now I'll assume the negative resist adjusts we had initially listed here are correct and functioning.
