At level 60 it does 31 damage. This is without epic (singing mod).
Even though it does not have a duration, this song may be left active. If it is, then it will do 31 damage per tick (6 seconds). If it is instead stopped and replayed, it will do 31 damage every 3 seconds. Active bards are rewarded!
