Seen at the giant camp directly out from Kael as a rare spawn. I removed the other location because I'm pretty sure it was wrong, although I think he can spawn at either camp. The 5% spawn rate is an estimate. He either has a 5-10% spawn rate and a small number of spawn points, or a large number of spawn points and a small chance to appear at any of them. --Countytime (talk) 11:41, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
