Decent, low level, afk'able mob to hunt from 8 to 14 or so.

There are 6 of them. 2 in the cell with Osragen and 4 in cells near the HE necro prisoner.

They will run when they are low health and potentially agro their fellow level 8 to 12 prisoner.

This is a good low-level camp to afk between killing them.
