I am not sure if A Kobold Caster is suppose to be velious-era but I have killed him on p99 and done the quest so he is currently in the game.--Nightkeep 23:11, 10 December 2012 (UTC) A Kobold Shaman does not look pre-velious. Maybe that was the one you were thinking of?

Factions

I take it killing these guys dosen't result in these faction hits? Perhaps they were added to these mobs when Warrens went live? If so, probably better to gray them out for now rather than remove them. --Ravhin 15:08, 11 December 2012 (UTC)
