These are kos to iksar monk, even while the "a Dervish Cutthroat" are indifferent. Is there another faction at work here?

- That's correct, thugs are perma-scowling to all players, regardless of your derv faction. Cerate (talk) 14:34, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
