Strikes your target with the power of thunder, causing 125 damage every 6 seconds for up to 6 secs (1 ticks @L1 to 3 ticks @L3). This unusual effect is applied like a rain AOE with three waves, however it does not deal direct damage on each wave, rather it applies a DoT for 3 or 4 ticks.
