It is also especially favored by racing teams for its 250 range, which is longer than other items such as the Wooly Spider Silk Net and faster than the Antonian Javelin; It is now slower than Javelins due to the cast time.
In addition to the above points, the effect itself is a 65% slow, which is the best available to any class besides Enchanters and Shamans (and Bards) (Bard slow spell caps at 35%).
