Sister Island Tavern
On the furthest eastward side of Ocean of Tears, just adjacent to Butcherblock Mountains lies The Island of The Sisters of Erollisi. The ladies who run this secluded bed & breakfast not only worship the goddess of love, Erollisi Marr, but also have a fond appreciation for the fine art of hops.
Just up the hill from the docks is a small grouping of Kelethin styled buildings. The largest of which houses the tavern up front and some bunk beds in the rear. The shopkeep and bartender, Cleonae Kalen, has quite a unique selection of spirits to offer. She's one of only two vendors in Norrath who carry Vasty Deep Ale, brewed with the purest water in all of Norrath. Her rebellious spirit also shines here as the one and only full-time distributor of Black Burrow Stout, a brew made by gnolls and outlawed in most cities. It doesn't end there though, with Ms. Kalen also being the sole provider of Kiola Nuts, a pivotal ingredient for the famous Tumpy Tonic, a cocktail dreamt up by Tumpy Irontoe himself. Beyond that she's also got a decent selection of Red, White, and Elven wines, some Short Beer, and of course Capt. Orlin's Spiced. Ale.
Aside from the brews, plenty of beds are also available for your use during your say on the island. Bunk beds are in the tavern's back room for the cheap and lazy, or for the fancier folk there are two private huts with luxurious bedding.
It's a good thing the tonic selection is strong here, as there isn't a whole lot else to do on the island aside from fishing or borrowing the rowboat parked along the western shore. Some blacksmithing dwarves can be found up on the northern side of the island, but a wandering adventurer should be weary of the angry Pirates of Gunthak that burden the ladies of the isle. Be sure to bring a sharp blade in-case Zyle Bensmill shows up unexpectedly.
All in all, not a bad place at all to spend a long weekend. Just as long as you don't mind a bit of rain anyway, or an occasional pirate attack.
