- Scout Charisa's 10-hour spawn timer is based on her despawn. Upon receiving Scout Tools she despawns and different, temporary, Scout Charisa appears as part of Leuz's Task. This is when the 10 hour timer starts. The triggered Scout Charisa (holding a bag in her right hand) will despawn after 15 minutes; leaving 9 hours and 45 mins to the next spawn. Use one of these two events to set your timer for the next Scout spawn.
