This quest begins with Bloogy Shellcracker in Cobalt Scar (location 187.25, -1507.34, 77.76 on upper edge of coast).

You say, 'Hail, Bloogy Shellcracker'

Bloogy Shellcracker says, 'Hello, strange one. I am Bloogy Shellcracker, the preparer of meals for my people. I am not familiar with the culinary tastes of your kind but you are welcome to purchase some of my supplies. I will also barter for ingredients to some of my exotic dishes.'

You say, 'What ingredients?'

Bloogy Shellcracker says 'The rarest treat I can prepare for my people is saucy salted seadragon steak. I wish to barter for some water dragon or sea dragon meat, saltwater seaweed, and fish eggs. The rest of the ingredients are collected locally by our collectors.

• You need one Sea Dragon Meat. It can drop off either Kelorek'dar, Faydedar, or Lord Koi`Doken.

• 2 Saltwater Seaweed is fished in Ocean of Tears, Timorous Deep, or Butcherblock Mountains. You need two of these.

• 1 Fish Eggs. You receive 2 Fish Eggs by combining Thunder Salmon and a Skinning Knife in a Tackle Box, which presumably is the source of the confusion about needing both eggs. Confirmed 06/20/2018. The combine is 135 trivial (I failed twice at 95 skill). You can skill up fishing with the combine (I went from 120-121 skill).
