Walkthrough
Even when it rains, Guard Lasen is thirsty. Bring him a Water Flask and he'll give you some coin and faction.
- Your faction standing with Merchants of Qeynos got better.
- Your faction standing with Circle of Unseen Hands got worse.
- Your faction standing with Kane Bayle got better.
- Your faction standing with Corrupt Qeynos Guards got worse.
- Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos got better.

Exp Gain
On Green, as of 2 June 2021, there appears to be a minimum level for this quest to receive experience. A level 11 with amiable faction did not receive experience, but did receive coin and faction. A level 49 with kindly faction did receive experience.
On Green, as of 30 December 2021, there appears to be NO level gain past level 1 and roughly 20%. Regardless of Reputation.
On Blue, as of August 8th, 2022, there appears to be no significant experience gain at lvl 9 (3 stacks of water turned in, xp bar didn't move at all...

The xp was very good for 1-10 or so, but I wasn't keeping track of exact percentages so I wont list them here.
At level 14 the xp seemed to take a big hit so I decided to time a small sample of turn-in's to decide if the quest was still worth doing. In 8 minutes, I was able to go from 24% into level 14 to 61% into level 14. That comes out to a little more than 4% xp per minute at a cost of slightly more than 1 gold per 1% xp. This is extremely tedious, but a fast and cheap form of leveling 1-14ish if you don't care about being KOS with Corrupt Qeynos Guards. It cost less than 60pp to level from 1-14 as a Half Elf druid solely doing this quest.
Note: This quest will make you KOS with Corrupt Qeynos Guards quickly. Also note, Guard Lasen spawns at 6am game time and despawns at 8pm game time, the quest cannot be done at night.
