Note: There are nine identically named items. The top, middle, and bottom portions of the three Medallions for the Rune of Scale Quest.
Medallions can be "Identified" to differentiate between them.
(Jarsath: Top) is a ground spawn in the Swamp of No Hope at 52, 2935, -6.
(Kylong: Bottom) is a group spawn on the floor in the library in Kaesora. 55, -442.
Due to a known bug, ground spawns might not be visible until the zone is reloaded. [1]
