Find Davorre Bloodthorn in Paineel's Shadow Knight guild, The Fell Blade @(863, 444). Minimum faction for this quest is not documented, but kindly is sufficient.
You say, 'Hail, Davorre Bloodthorn'
- Davorre Bloodthorn says, 'Greetings. Perhaps within that husk you call a body there is some worth? Are you [experienced] in your craft, young one, or are you a [neonate]?'
You say, 'I am a neonate.'
- Davorre Blodthorn says, 'Well then, child, I may still have a task for you. Will you [make use of your pathetic cowardice], then, eh?'
You say, 'I will make use of my pathetic cowardice.'
- Davorre Bloodthorn says, 'I see. This will not be the first time for you, I am sure. Take this list to Auhrik Siet`ka. His writing has become illegible in his old age, but he shall clarify what it is he needs you to do. Do as he says, child, and perhaps you will prove yourself a bit more worthy than the rotting flesh he will most likely have you return to him.'

Bring me one bat wing, one rat ear, one snake egg, and one fire beetle eye. Take this bag, and make sure it's sealed before you return it to me. Snake eggs spoil. Now, quit staring at me with your jaw hanging open like a dead codfish. I would have mistaken you for one, but dead codfish smell better. Haha!'
