Description

He cons scowls to player characters. He may spawn at 2356, -5320, but roams Everfrost Peaks like most mobs. Most of the time, he is not up. After 2 days of checking occasionally with a tracker, I found him roaming the northeastern Y of the river, near the location listed. I don't know if he is triggered, or just on a long timer. Tundra Jack and Iceberg will kill him if they get within range. Observed walking North and South along the 0, -3000 line (12/11/23)
