Description
If you wander around the upper ridge near the Kael zone entrance, you have a chance to spawn either a group of 1-4 Kromrif Death Squad or Tanik Greskil. In the former case you should probably run, but in the latter case you should hand Tanik your Vial of Velium Vapors. One confirmed p99 loc is (-6757, 4112). Another is (-5687, 3671) and (-6747, 4322). If your class uses pets, you can set your pet on 'Guard' and it will face the nearest spawn point (or nearest NPC, in case there is no spawn point near). Note, when I triggered one of these with a pet up, the pet did sufficient damage to one for it to summon me after the pet died.
I found the Kromrif Death Squad to be a very common spawn (3 times in a row) near the Kael zone entrance, and you will have no time to react when they appear, running at full speed all the time will be your best option for survival.
They do not appear to have very much HP or AC.
