Tabure Ahendle is located at 65, -507, 5 in the South Qeynos Steel Warriors Arena. You must have Amiable faction to complete this quest. (60 wood elf druid of Tunare - I was able to turn in the hides as apprehensive and received faction/reward)
You say, 'Hail, Tabure Ahendle'
- Tabure Ahendle says, 'What have we here? Perhaps a future Ebon Strongbear? A [member of the Steel Warriors]? If the way of the warrior is not to your liking, might I suggest joining the League of Antonican Bards? The only damage you might take there is a sore throat! HAHAHA!'
You say, 'I am a member of the Steel Warriors'
- Tabure Ahendle says, 'A warrior, you say? I have never met you. You must be from the [bunker] or perhaps just a new recruit. You should test your skills with Brin Stolunger. When you have done that, then, maybe you could [assist] me.'
You say, 'I will assist you'
- Tabure Ahendle says, 'So, you think you can be of assistance to me? Let me test your skill. Travel to Erudin and seek out the beasts which are called Kobolds. I have never seen one and would very much like to have four Kobold Hides with which to make a rug. To do so would earn you some barely used rawhide armor - maybe even a shield.'

Note: Took about 40 turn-ins (160 hides) to get a full set of raw-hide armor. This was negligible xp for a lvl 4 Erudite Paladin, but the armor set is better then cloth, and the coin earned from duplicate pieces was decent (raw-hide tunics vendor for over 1pp).
