Description
This is the sky quest NPC that summons one of two turn-in NPC's for clerics. His respawn time is 8 hours, making it impossible to complete back to back turn-in sky quests. Bring a wizard or druid with you to evacuate to the zone in as there is no way back to the first isle from here.
