Inner Fire
From Project 1999 Wiki
Increases your target's inner strength, providing increased hit points and armor class for 27.0 mins. Among the most efficient direct heals available to shamans on a per mana basis. Consider using this as your primary heal until at least lvl 19 when Shaman's can learn "Healing"
