Description

Unconfirmed if the entire Froglok Impaler cycle exists on P99 add in NPCs as you encounter them. This mob is the place holder for the Impaler Cycle, along with: Blackwing (SONH), Bleeder, Bloodskull, Bulsgor, Crackclaw, Crookspine, Dred, Fisherman Grik, Froglok Impaler, Galeech, Gluttik, Gorge, Horkak the Dead, Ichorspike, Old Hangman, Scalek, Thirgus, Torgis, Vissix, Woggir.

There's not a whole lot of information on the Froglok Impaler spawn cycle. There seem to be PHs that are not on the list, maybe general mobs as killing random mobs near #3 on the map caused Bulsgor to spawn eventually, but no other named. The only confirmed mobs are the ones with pages created, the rest may or may not be included in P99.
