Frenzy
From Project 1999 Wiki
Sends you into a frenzy, increasing your strength, dexterity, and armor class for up to 5.8 mins @L16 to 20.5 mins @L65. BUT DRAINS YOUR MANA!
Currently the STR buff is the only one that is working. Almost not worth the plat, unless you collect spells.
It's easy to miss, but this spell has a health regen component as well. It costs too much mana to canni dance effectively with it though.
