Description

This guy is even con at level 25 - semi high magic resist but you can easily solo him for very easy experience up to level 29. Does not agro wandering Gnome Watchman. UPDATE: I like to afk camp him on some of my toons, he now gives the following faction hits and now will get assistance from the wandering guard! Also he drops coins and I can confrim he drops all sorts of other loot now (words, minor gems, small ringmail armor, etc)
