Evil Eye (Faction)

The Evil Eyes of "Runnyeye" are attracted to the goblin empire simply because they are desirable to maintain free roam. When it comes to their alignment they falter anytime an onlooker scries into them. You can never trust them and taming them will only deepen your pocket. Humans have personal experience with witnessing the taxing nature of reality surrounding attempts and entertain a subscription to their librarys.
