Summons a clinging darkness that binds your target's feet, decreasing their movement rate, and does 5 damage every 6 seconds for 12 secs (2 ticks @L4 to 8 ticks @L16).
Though cheaper in mana, this spell should generally be replaced by the superior Engulfing Darkness.
