April 17, 2001 - Cannibalize II has it's effects improved. It returns more mana to the caster than it did before. This is about 4-5 months into velious when Canni 4 is added.
Prior to April 17, 2001 patch, Cannibalize II increased mana by 33 mana and decreased hitpoints by 67 (tested on a level 59 shaman on green dec 23 2020)
