Description
Shares a spawn cycle with Hasten Bootstrutter (see for more information). Was changed to allow some Wizard lure's to land on him in 2015. [1]
p99: I've killed him 10+ times, he has had it every single time and there is no faction hit associated with him.
He also happens to be a GM Monk, so Monks may train their skills by right clicking him if they want to.
Strategy
Although Brother Z doesn't enrage or rampage, he is a stiff tank and spank which requires at least one solid group. He is very magic resistant so don't bother slowing him. Lures land. A L60 warrior, 60 cleric, another healer, and 3+ melee dps would be sufficient. He regenerates about 300/tick. Definitely does not have 40k hps, killed on 1/3/2022, the fight lasted 109 seconds and we did just under 28k dmg. Considering the regen he likely has around 22k base hps. (Note: Soloed in '16, I determind I did 35k damage, which lines up with the usual 32k max hp of Vanilla/Kunark bosses, perhaps a bit lower.)

Respawn (after death) timer is 6 minutes. Automatic despawn is ~4 hours per mob. Quest completed while under charm from ench.
Pathing
Spawn location is at coordinates -15, -2085 (just south of first crossing coming from the Feerrott). All mobs on the cycle share the same pathing, north towards the crossing, then west towards main corridor, then south towards hill giant area and back east towards spawn (tbc.).
