Description

This giant is sought after by monks for his excellent off-hand weapon: Scepter of Mastery.
He can be found in the Arena, in the Arena stadium building. If your group or raid is camped in left or right arena, pull the three protectors out the back door, then hang a right (west) and go down the steep ramp (not Semkak's room, but around and down below it). His placeholder is one of the two gladiators below. Vealok the Angry has a different gladiator PH on the opposite side, down the left ramp. 28 min Respawn.
