Ancient Blood is an Iksar guild operating out of Cabilis.

Guild membership is open to any Iksar in good standing. Simply contact any member and ask if there is an officer for an invite. You must drop /anon or /roleplay before the invite is sent. Non-Iksar characters attempting to join will be revealed and eaten!

Ancient Blood exists for one purpose: to serve the Empire and prepare the Iksar for their destiny. We are ready to stand as a home to all Iksar, and as such our membership is comprised of returning players, new players, people with who play regularly on Blue or Green who are trying out new things, veterans looking to level and gear up to raid, very casual players just looking to explore and check out new things, and everyone in between.

Ancient Blood will serve as home to Iksar forever and always. Whatever your scaley plans, you can rest assured that Ancient Blood will always be there for you, whether you need some friendly chat, share information, or get some well deserved grats on your leveling efforts.

Operations

Ancient Blood is based out Cabilis on the Green server and is focused on the Kunark and Velious expansions. While our members are encouraged to travel the world in their quest to become the best Iksar they can be, ultimately it is the focus of the guild leadership to provide hunting areas, grouping opportunities and events that focus on the new lands.

The guild maintains a growing library of maps and information on discord designed to let Iksar gain valuable experience closer to the heart of the Empire. Our events and dungeon crawls take place locally, where the availability of nearby low to mid-level dungeons like Dalnir and Kaesora allows our members to experience content at once convenient but also lesser known and traveled.

We hold regular dungeon crawls, leveling sessions, and enjoy finding groups with our many members. The guild sponsors periodic events with the aim of better preparing the youngest members for the journey ahead, and also to foster community spirit and have some fun along the way.

Raiding

Ancient Blood is bound by the Iksar class restriction and as such does not allow clerics, enchanters, and any other non-Iksar classes. The guild maintains a relationship with Castle Alliance to allow our members who reach level 46 to participate in raiding. There are several opportunities each week and interested members can be fully integrated into Castle Alliance raid operations and the DKP system if they wish to participate regularly, but are always welcome to come just to experience the raid scene if they are curious.

Our discord contains a wealth of information about hunting zones, classes, quests, and a lot of other #helpful-info all broken out by categories. Returning and new players greatly benefit from time-saving tips and maps and information not found on the wiki. Our members can get the latest information on our guild and public #events, post #screenshots and #videos, and set up #polls. We have voice/video channels set up for streaming and chatting. Our server has been upgraded to allow better streaming quality. Several bots provide music and poll functions for member convenience and fun.

Services

Ancient Blood offers porting, transfer, wolf-form and potions available at cost

Our spell mule contains every necromancer and shaman spell not found in Cabilis and also every research spell.

Membership

The guild membership is open to any Iksar. To apply, simply contact someone in the guild (/who all guild165) and ask for an officer. Alternatively, feel free to join our Discord and post your character name and an officer will contact you.
