Description
He is slowable, rootable, and can be soloed by a 60 Enchanter. The spawn I killed (3/30/18) had a max hit of 164. The nearby Sarnak will completely buff him haste/sow/etc so dispell to pull is recommended.
Post Revamp: Iksar Betrayer now spawns at the bridge, approximately (-325, -25), with a static placeholder at that location. The spawn point you want is opposite of the Bridgekeeper/Ancient guardian spawn point and next to the bridge against a wall. PH's can be a skelly, a sarnak, or a dog.
