Umykith Fe`Dhar is located in the Tower Top, when referring to the alternate map shown on the Skyshrine page. He is among a long row of other Fe`Dhar, one on each side of the room.
You say, 'Hail, Umykith Fe`Dhar'
- Umykith Fe`Dhar says 'Hail! What news and stories have you from the New World? Perhaps if you are a bard you can spin me stories of those lands. Oh, I forget my manners. We shall exchange talk another time. You seek something, do you not? A new outfit perhaps?'
You say, 'I seek a new outfit'
- Umykith Fe`Dhar says 'Well, then, I have just what you need. Now, my terms of payment are thus, you gather some things for me and in return I shall craft you the finest armor a bard has ever seen! A new outfit comprised of a helm, breastplate, armplates, bracers, gauntlets, greaves, and boots shall make you the envy of your peers, my little friend.'
Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned plate armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan.
Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. Ally faction is required for all Skyshrine armor quests.

- Your faction with Kromzek got worse.

Helm
